Payment is due on the day of your session. We accept all major credit cards, check and cash.
We are an in-network provider and will file claims with the following insurance providers
- BlueCross BlueShield
- Superior
- United Behavioral Health / Optum
- Cigna
- Humana
- Aetna(we are out of network)
Have another insurance provider?
To file for reimbursement follow these steps:
– Call the number on the back of your insurance card.
– Ask if you have out-of-network mental health coverage and determine what you are personally responsible for.
– Submit the statements given to your insurance company and they should reimburse you for the amount covered.
